Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please use your order number and email in the return portal.

Returns are handled through my returns partner, Redo, with return hubs in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union (Netherlands), and Australia (including New Zealand returns).

United States

At checkout, you have the option to prepay $3.98 for discounted return shipping. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will cost $7.98 when creating your label.

A small $4 return processing fee applies to all returns to help cover handling and warehouse costs.

United Kingdom

At checkout, you have the option to prepay £2.99 for discounted return shipping. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will be charged at the full rate when creating your label.

Canada

At checkout, you have the option to prepay CA$5.99 for discounted return shipping. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will be charged at the full rate when creating your label.

European Union (Netherlands)

At checkout, Redo’s listed EU countries can prepay €5.99 for discounted return shipping. EU returns go through the Netherlands hub. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal. Ireland is not on Redo’s list, so prepaid returns are not offered there.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will be charged at the full rate when creating your label.

Australia

At checkout, you have the option to prepay A$5.99 for discounted return shipping. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will be charged at the full rate when creating your label.

New Zealand

New Zealand returns go through the Australia hub. At checkout, you have the option to prepay NZ$9.99 for discounted return shipping. If you choose this option, you’ll be able to generate a prepaid return label through the portal.

If you do not prepay, return shipping will be charged at the full rate when creating your label.

Other countries

Prepaid returns are not available in Ireland or outside the United States, United Kingdom, Redo’s listed EU countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Returns are still possible, but international return shipping and import fees can be high and are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure on sizing, feel free to reach out before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the return being received and checked.
